What are your delivery hours?
Couriers deliver shipments on weekdays, usually between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. It all depends on the delivery location, weather conditions and the shipper himself.
Will the courier call before delivering the package?
What if the courier shipment is delayed?
The easiest way to do this is to contact the courier company you selected during your purchase and provide a tracking number.
PLEASE NOTE: Please check your shipment before receipt. In case of damage during transport, please make a damage report with the courier and contact our Customer Service biuro@equus-care.pl.
RETURNS
Would you like to return the goods?
No problem!
Time to return products
You have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of receipt of the shipment (right of withdrawal from the sales contract).
Time to get your money back
The time limit for the return of payment may be up to 14 days (calculated from the time we receive the return) under the terms of the law.
Form of refund
The refund will be in the form in which you made the payment.

Products to be returned must be delivered in unaltered condition.
COMPLAINTS
For goods purchased from 01.01.2023. Equus-care.com shall be liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and disclosed within 2 years from that time in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Rights of May 30, 2014.
If you believe that the goods you purchased are not in accordance with the contract / defective, you can file a complaint in accordance with the relevant laws.

Complaints are processed no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product.
If the complaint is found to be valid, we will fulfill the complaint claim in accordance with applicable laws. If you want to check whether your package has safely reached us, you can do so on the website of the carrier through which you sent the package back.
